Austria- There is no announcement has been made for application, although the universities in Austria have been conducting online classes. 

Belgium- all the universities of Belgium have limited or suspended their classrooms. All the classes will be on remote.

Similarly, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom has suspended all the classes in universities but  all the classes will conducted online and there is no update on admission process in these universities.

However, you can check the latest update on the official website of the respective universities. But one thing is fixed completely that there is no appearance allowed in the campus of universities until the  situation get at least a bit in control.
