The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

We don’t guarantee you of any admission claims, results guarantee or anything. By using our website, sharing your contact information or proceeding with any sort of work, you are entitled to complete responsibility of your work. We ensure all our works in the finest condition and maintained in good standards when they are being shared with the clients. However, using the content is your own sole responsibility and discretion.

We don’t have any other branch other than the address mentioned on our site. Any other business/enterprise/agency/manufacturer/company/or a party that is using our name shall not be considered as Get Admission Abroad (http://getadmissionabroad.in) unless stated/said/told/claimed by us (http://getadmissionabroad.in).

Once the delivery of the content is made to the client, we are not entitled to any plagiarism in the content. Asking for a plagiarism report is the sole responsibility of the client. We do not charge anything for a plagiarism report for the content that we make. However, once the delivery is made, and if any plagiarism is made because of carelessness of the client or excessive sharing with friends or other companies or anyone else, or any other factor, we (Get Admission Abroad) will not be responsible for anything.

We reserve the right to accept/reject/continue business with/stop doing business with/initiate a business with anyone without any obligations to anyone.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Payments once maid to us by any party, will not be refunded in any scenario.
