The history of the University of California Davis was established in 1908 when the University Farm School was known as the UC Berkeley Science and Research Unit. The school started to operate in 1909 with only 18 students. It was renamed the Northern Branch of the College of Agriculture in 1922. Its name was changed to the College of Agriculture at Davis in 1938. The college, which had grown into a general campus in 1959, was given its current name. The academic structure of the university currently consists of four colleges and seven schools. The institution has been approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).The university campuses, including the primary residential center, are situated next to Davis City on Interstate 80 in Yolo County. UC Davis Health is based in the state capital of Sacramento. UC Davis also has other campus buildings and services in California and one in Nevada. In addition to state-of-the-art educational facilities such as classes, auditoriums, libraries and labs, the university campus also offers a wide range of entertainment and sports facilities. It has racquetball and basketball courts, a climbing wall, a riding stable, an indoor track, a broad swimming pool, a bowling alley, a billiards room, a TV lounge, and a crafts center. The institution also offers excellent food and lodging facilities. Adequate parking space, transport, Fee Structure, and health services are also provided to students.

  • Unless the back of your transcript is completely blank (no documents, signatures, scales or course details, etc.), you will submit the front and back versions of your transcript.

At GPA 4.03, UC Davis needs you to be at the top of your class. You’re going to need virtually straight A’s in all the courses to deal with other candidates. You should also have taken a lot of AP or IB courses to prove the ability to excel in the academic competition.

If you’re junior or associate, it’s hard to change your GPA from this stage on.
